Pms problems. Help

So i skipped my menses two months then towards the last two weeks of month June i was spotting and clotting for almost a week. Then the last week i had my period. But i had my period for exactly 10 days. It’s normally 5-7 days. But not this time. After the 10th day it ended. This isn’t normal for me. So then the week following my period i continued to spot and clot but very little. So before i even see my doctor. Has anyone ever experienced this ? Is it normal ?
