What are you doing to help with labor?

I’ve been drinking raspberry leaf tea, walking constantly, and bouncing on a birthing ball. For those that have had multiple pregnancies what do you feel helped you most in your previous births? I’m 37 weeks and started having contractions that were time-able from about 1am-9am the next day. They seem like they have just stopped now so I’m hoping I can get them going again since I’m 50% effaced and 0 cm dilated.
