Rash help 😭😭

So I've been extremely itchy all over for the past week or so with no rash.. however I've been scratching this area on my back so much I have this rash now. I got blood work done today for cholestasis so I'm waiting on those results. I'm just wondering what I can do in the meantime for the itching 😭 maybe this is puppps? I'm clueless
