We’ll go figure.. Just as my fertile window is coming up, my gynecologist ran tests to tell me that I have BV (bacterial vaginosis). Not only am I on antibiotics, but I can’t have any intercourse with my husband for the next two week. Good news is that this won’t affect me ever getting pregnant so that’s a plus sign. It just sucks to know that I definitely won’t be able to get pregnant this month. But it’s in my best interest to have a healthy vagina with happy bacteria rather than an overgrowth of bad bacteria.
