Has anyone gotten a negative on a cheap Walmart/dollar tree test but a positive on first response?

I took a cheapie tonight and I though I saw something so took another cheapie (different brand) and it was negative. So I went and got a frer and it was positive. Idk what to believe. I only have pictures of the first cheapie.

I have gotten NEGATIVE with the ones from dollar tree. They don't work.

Cheapies detect at 25miu and FRER can register as low as 6.3miu. So seeing a positive on FRER usually happens before these cheapies
