potential pregnancy?

i’ve been on the pill for ab a month and a half. on the 4th week of my first pack, i went out of town and ran out of my prescription about 3 days in. around 3 days later i came home and didn’t get a new prescription until like 2 days after that. but before getting my new prescription i had unprotected sex. since then & about 2 weeks later i’ve started to get seriously nauseous out of nowhere and my stomach has been really upset lately. should i take a pregnancy test ??
