I don’t know what to do I’m worried!!

I’m 13 and I’ve been having this goo type discharge and it’s clear ish white! I have irritation around the opening of my v and slight irritation when I pee! I am unable to go to a doctor. Are there any home remedies or things it could be? Thanks so much!!❤️
