I am pretty regular for the most part but sometimes I skip a cycle or two ! I got this months cycle two days ago . Started light then progressed to a bit more heavy , has anyone felt nauseous during your period ? I’ve done research and found that you can also get lightheaded from the change in flow ! I just want to know I’m not alone lol I have health anxiety so it’s really messing with me . My grandmother is a nurse and said it’s most likely since I hadn’t had a cycle in 2 months
