Help me with tampon infoooo
I’m 13, I have light - regular periods. I’m going to the Bahamas in a few days and my period popped up lol. There’s no way in hell im missing out on the beach or going freebleeding though... so can I use a tampon? My mum says I can’t because ‘yoU hAve To HavE seX or HavE CHilDren FirsT beCause YoUr hYmen’ is that true? Also, If it isn’t should I even use a tampon on a light-reg period? I don’t want to be inserting and taking out a dry-ish tampon.
