Babies 18 months apart

Does anyone have babies 18 months apart? My husband and I had an accident lol last month but I was for sure thinking I was not ovulating as I was on birth control right after my first was born till he was about 7 months old so only was off it a month. Well my husband didn’t pull out in time needless to say and I took a test and it’s positive. We are excited but also scared to death. We have a 5 year old also. I went of birth control because I was bleeding so heavily and getting migraines nonstop and was hoping to try the pull out method which 10 years until we tried for my 9 month old and 5 year old. Not looking for people to bash cause we are happy. Just wanted to see if it was as difficult as it seems it will be.
