Can gynecologists tell if you are sexually active?

Mum is taking me soon and I wanna make sure 
I know that’s a stupid question but I’m literally so unsure

You need to be honest with them. DO NOT lie. Fill the forms out honestly. Just say yes. That opens you up to birth control and lots of other options. No they can’t tell. But seriously don’t lie. If you’re mature enough to have sex you should be mature enough to tell the truth. It’s for your own health

Please don't lie to your gyno. They are just there to help you. You can ask for your mother to not be in the room for the exam. Once you're alone, ask the doctor if they will tell your parents anything about your exam (they shouldn't unless it's medically necessary).

Whenever you go for the first time you have to fill out form about your health, and it does ask if your sexually active and anytime I’ve gone to a new gyno when they go over the forms they ask about how many people you’ve been with.

Just say no. They can’t tell. I was a teen once and went thru this too. Nothing will happen. If you cant have an open conversation with your mother right now about it then don’t   Just be careful and be smart and use protection.

When I was younger my doc told my mom. I believe my mom asked her. So I believe they can they can feel if your hymen is still intact.
