Reflux?

The last couple of days I’ve noticed that when I pick my LO up from a nap or in the morning she spits white a clear substance from her mouth. It kind of looks like saliva or maybe digested milk. Is this a sign of reflux?

I have a preemie and the nurses told me over and over that all babies have reflux until their systems mature. They don’t need intervention until it’s like projectile vomiting or causing inconsolable crying. My son had bouts here and there until really this past month and there’s still spit up.

Digested milk is lumpy and still white not clear, sounds like saliva so maybe teething, with reflux there's lots of other signs like arching back coughing crying it's quite distressing and lots of sick numerous times a day xx

My baby has been doing something similar recently. Thought it might have been reflux but it turned out he was teething.

My baby doesnt spit up when sleeping so he just kind of saves it until he wakes up and then spits up. I dont think its necessarily reflux that requires medication unless baby is projectile vomitting and losing weight.
