Digestive issues

Who else is dealing with very bad digestive issues? I’ve had diarrhea for weeks, accompanied by hemmoroids. This is miserable. I literally cannot eat any dairy products whatsoever. Trying to avoid gluten as much as I can as well. I had a over-easy egg on a gluten free toast this morning and was making my husband a turkey and cheese sandwich and had a tiny bite of the cheese and all of a sudden stomach pains then diarrhea. This is very frustrating :(
