I haven’t personally used it, when I have birth the healing was actually pretty easy and I didn’t need to use anything special, but I’ve heard freezing witch hazel (non alcohol) on a huge pad is lovely.

It’s mainly just witch hazel, which is amazing for after baby! It’s very soothing. 
I’m not in the UK, but witch hazel in the US is usually $1-2 for a giant bottle which is much less expensive that one. 
You could buy a few bottles (keep them in the fridge!) and a little bottle to mist for much less. 
Also, look for the pads/wipes with witch hazel (usually sold for haemorrhoids). You can put those on your vagina/bottom too! 
I’ve had two babies so far and I usually put a little witch hazel on a pad, layer up some of the haemorrhoid pads and wear those the first week. It’s cooling, soothing and helps heal you up!

This is in my hospital bag! I was looking at a similar spray from My Expert Midwife but this one was cheaper so I thought I'd try. I healed just fine without any sprays after my last baby so I'm sure it can only help 😁
