I’ve had lower back pain, hip pain and mild abdominal cramping for the past two days. I’m on birth control and had my period about two weeks ago. I had unprotected sex about 5 times after my period. My boobs have been getting a tingling sensation and my lower stomach just feels weird ad I’ve never had cramps in my back or hips before. Could this be a sign of early pregnancy?? I don’t have any other symptoms besides those that’s why I’m kind of confused about it
