TMI HELP !

Okay i got off depo 2 months ago and i had a short light period and then it ended. According to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> im not 16 days late. I havent had sex in two months and ive been cleaning down there as i normally would. What could this be ?
