Evap line on first signal Walmart brand

Hello ladies. It’s me again 😂

I’m going crazy. Anyways I always use the first signal pregnancy test and I know when I see evap line after the test dries up. Anyway today morning I took another test and it was of course negative. Within few hours, I saw the test but this time the second line had a bit of color. Does evap when dried up have a color or doesn’t matter, is it still an evap line after the test dries up? I will test again but with an early response test tmrw morning.

And I forgot to add, my breast are still sore and felt a bit nauseous today and I just had a clear sticky discharge so I don’t know what is going on really
