at 6.5 weeks hcg was 142,000 and heart rate was 113bpm. at 7.5 weeks hcg is 258,000 and lost all symptoms. anyone had high hcg and suffered a loss??

My HCG is also over 200k at 7.5 weeks. Did you do NIPT? If yes, did the high HCG come back as a marker for abnormalities? I’ve gone down a rabbit hole researching about this.

You can have high HCG levels an a non-viable pregnancy. Molar pregnancies cause high HCG levels, but will never develop. 
Try to stay away from Google and sympton spotting. If your HCG levels are rising, that's a great sign 90% of the time. You just have to focus on the positive and try to be patient for that dating ultrasound to confirm a good heartbeat. The likelihood of miscarriage after a heartbeat is detected is only 5%.

My son is a rainbow baby too. I never felt anything except some back pain and I got sick once at 7 weeks. I was so paranoid because I didn't have the "normal pregnancy symptoms".. truth is, we just have it easy right now.. everyone's body reacts differently to HCG. Take it easy and relax mama, it's all going to be okay.
