Hey all.. I need some help. I gained 30lbs and I'm at 250 and 8 weeks post partum. I lost 30 lbs running before so I started up again. However, since I weigh more, my joints are suffering! I'm also doing post partum YouTube vids and counting calories and drinking a gallon of water a day. What are some joint friendly exercises I can do?? Added a pic of me below. The weight is mostly
