Late???

So I’m a week late but I’m pretty much 100% I’m not pregnant? Has anyone experienced this? My periods are usually always right on the dot so this is weird for me... idk what it could be I haven’t really changed anything either?

Omg this was me last month and this month again. I have regular periods and it comes on time every month until last month. I was a week late last month took a test it was negative then had my period. Again this month 9 days late and then I just got my period this past Tuesday. So weird idk why my period is all messed up now. But if you been sexually active maybe try taking a test you could be pregnant.
