After my shower I grabbed a mirror and grabbed a tampon. I tried putting it in but my legs started shaking rapidly and I felt really sick and felt like I was going to pass out and I had a panic attack. I spent a good 20 minutes crying on the floor but after calming down I tried again. I took my tampon and tried to insert it but it just physically wouldn’t go in and I’m too terrified and sickened to attempt again. Guess imma have to use pads forever then
