Vitamins if using formula + BF
As of now I am exclusively breast-feeding and giving my baby multivitamins every day (which he hates). I am thinking of starting to supplement with formula. Will I still need to give my baby vitamins? When I formula fed my first, no one ever told me to give him vitamins so I guess the formula was enough.
