Hey guys this is fairly new for me but it has been going on for about 3/4 months. On the first day of my period my cramps wake me up super early with an indescribable pain and by noon I have already vommited and the diarrhea has started. It seems to be the worst on the first day. I am 18 and an athlete so usually when I’m in fairly good shape my cramps aren’t this bad. I’m not sure if my age has something to do with it but I just want some reassurance that my body’s not turning on me lol and if I should see my doctor.
