Anyone have any experience taking their toddlers on a cruise? Me and my husband love cruising but we haven’t been in a couple years due to me being pregnant then having our son and we didn’t want to go on a vacation with him really small and not be able to enjoy it fully.

We are planning a cruise for next year and he will be almost two years old (23 months old when we go)

Do you think this is a reasonable age for our son to be able to go and enjoy himself? I don’t want to spend the money if we will all be miserable and have no activities for him to participate in if that makes sense.

All of our cruises before we never noticed if they had any extra things for small children.

Any suggestions? We will probably go on carnival or royal carribean ship.
