I’m 17 and since i got my period when i was 15 (late bloomer) i’ve only used pads, my flow is really heavy and for a year or so i would use maxi pads which is totally embarrassing and not convenient! Recently i’ve tried to transition to tampons and the other day i was literally in front of the mirror trying to get it up there but nothing was working! after half an hour i had a rest!

i want to use an applicator one, but i’m scared that will hurt more, not hurt so to say but be more uncomfortable, can anyone give me any advice on how to stay calm and just do it? i know once i’ve done it one time i’ll just be able to do it all the time! help appreciated 💕💕
