Best travel system?

I am really wanting to get a travel system (the stroller that comes with the car seat and base) but there are so many options that I’m so undecided of which one to get! My little one will be born when it is winter here and she’ll be roughly 6 months when spring comes, so is getting a travel system even worth it since we won’t be using the stroller for quite awhile? Should I just get a car seat and then buy a stroller later on when we’ll be likely to use it? TIA 🙂
