Baby acne?

Is this baby acne? If so.. what do you put on it?

I put breast milk on it. I haven’t been doing it very long so we’ll see if it helps

Nothing it’ll go away on its own. My daughters cleared up within a week and all we did was clean her face with warm water.

I just washed my sons face with warm water and soap. No lotion or cream. It when away after about 2 weeks.

Corn starch. My sone had baby acne bad. We would dab our fingers in the cornstarch and dab it on him. Worked like a charm! Baby powder does it too! (Since it’s mostly cornstarch as well!) just dries up the oil.
