Possible miscarriage?

Me and my husband had sex this morning and I immediately started lightly bleeding. The bleeding is not enough to get on my panties but enough to where I see it when I wipe. Now there are little clots in it. I’m also 6 weeks pregnant. I plan on calling the doctor tomorrow when they’re open but I was just wondering if y’all thought I was miscarrying or maybe it could be normal after sex? 😩😭
