How do you strengthen your pelvic floor? I have had 3 kids in 18 months and some days I literally feel like I am going to rip in half. My hips and crotch hurt so bad. I also have 0 abdominal support. 😩 I have slowly started to get back into working out, but I hurt so bad even just after walking or cleaning the house. I just want to feel normal.
