Surprise baby

Hi all!

So I had my son in January, he’s now 5.5 months. My prepregnancy weight was 150 (I’m 5’10”) and I got to 210+ during pregnancy. I’m down to 169 today.

Today i thought, “hey, I should’ve had my period by now”. I took a test, two lines! So we are going to be welcoming our little surprise baby in March. My question is, am I at an unhealthy starting weight with baby #2?

How am I able to keep working with health and fitness myself, while making sure baby is getting what it needs? My first pregnancy I was very nauseous, so I gave in to all cravings to make the feeling go away and also stopped working out around week 20.
