Has this happened to you?

Hai everyone I should be around 8 weeks. At the very beginning I was getting lots of cramps on my left side, super dizzy and hot flashes oh and very hungry. Up until about three days ago all cramping as stopped and I’m not as dizzy anymore. Other then that I don’t have any other symptoms. Today I noticed while wiping I did have a little big on discharge (clear and watery but sticky) just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else?
