Infection or STD?

I recently developed pain with urination and noticed these blister/ulcers in my vagina and anal area. They sting and burn. Went to urgent care before I noticed the blisters and got antibiotics for a UTI. Does this look more like herpes? I have about 15 of them and some are fairly large like mosquito sized bites.

Thats definitely herpes. I had my first outbreak almost 2 weeks ago. My sores looked just like that. If you need advice for when it gets bad let me know. I have tips if you want them
