Hi there, I don’t think so, those red dots look like a rash. I had a nightmare experience with bedbugs once. Lift the mattresses throughout your house and inspect the seams and frames, if you have bed bugs you’ll see these patches of dried up regurgitated blood that they nest before crawling back into tighter places. 😖 and FYI store bought bed bug treatment is more effective than 3000 dollars treatment by pest control, ask me how I know 🙄

I second the previous comment, search the seams and any folds on mattresses and couches etc and bed frames, especially if they’re wood. The purple Raid can for bedbugs works but rubbing alcohol works really good and its cheaper. The regurgitated blood nests look like patches of black specks along seams. Sometimes though in the event you do have bedbugs it’s almost more worth it to toss whatever they’re in and get a new one. 
I had bedbugs once in my boxspring of my bed and my couch and I would spray and be fine for a couple weeks then suddenly they were back with a vengeance. We got rid of the boxspring and the couch and have had zero issues this time around.
