Swimming after birth?
If I didnt tear and I'm done bleeding and it appears there no discharge or any kid being 3 weeks pp is swimming a good idea or should I wait it out? I'm really over sitting in the house while my son and husband swim... even the baby went in the pool for 5 mins the other day... I wanna do stuff too! Not sex though... I'm good for a few more weeks on that lol
