Could be preg with Paragard IUD?

Question

Has any of you moms been pregnant with PARAGARD (hormone free IUD)? If so what happened? 
My baby is 5 months old i had the Paragard before for a few years no issues and now i got it again after i gave birth to my baby and i missed my period but i have been cramping and spotting. So i decided to take a PT and i got a faint line. 
UPDATE
so they had me go in immediately i went to the doctor and they did 2 pregnancy test which were negative they did an ultrasound to verify the iud is in place and is fine too. So they did blood work now just to make sure and waiting on results but apparently everything is fine. Thanks everyone ❤️

I got pregnant with my 3rd child on the Paraguard IUD when I was 7 months pp. I had also had great success with it before. The IUD was in the right place and everything. They took it out when I was 6 weeks along and said it could cause a miscarriage, but my baby stuck. He’s 6 years old today.
I know it can be a huge shock, sometimes God has other plans for us. Good luck!

I had a miscarriage in June of 2018 with the paraguard 😕 nothing is 100%

Yeah that looks positive. Call immediately and tell the receptionist you’re pregnant with an iud. They’ll want to see you ASAP

I got pregnant 2 month after our daughter. No IUD....but IUDs can shift from what i heard...go right away

I would call. But if it makes you feel any better I was still getting faint lines on those for a couple months after giving birth. This test are more sensitive and I’m pretty sure they pick up levels of 5 and higher. My doctor told me that 5 and below means your not pregnant. I might be wrong though. I would test in a couple of days and if it’s not darker then you may not be pregnant. However I’d still call because like some of the others said you could be and if you are it could result in an eptopic pregnancy.

Ahh man. what a nightmare. My paraguard was in wrong so I had to get it removed
