Wisdom teeth

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed last Wednesday. The first few days it was ok, just a little sore. Then Saturday night/Sunday morning I kept getting a sharp pain where my lower right wisdom tooth was. The rest were fine it was just that one. Needless to say I didn’t sleep much because of the pain. On Sunday the pain began to lessen. I slept well last night. There’s still some pain but no where near as bad as it was Saturday. It was so bad that even my ears were hurting. What I’m wondering is if I should contact my dentist office to see if they can check it or wait to see if the pain comes back?
