Has anyone tried physical therapy for back pain while pregnant?

Phyiscal therapy has been a godsend for my back/ hip pain! You definitely want someone teaching you how to properly recover from something like a car accident. Follow your doctor's advice. PT will not only strengthen your body, but will also give you proper tools to manage pain at home as well.

I saw a chiropractor, was having terrible sciatica. Not completely related but going during my pregnancy to fix that issue lead to a very fast and great labor! Physical therapy I'm sure would help also, I hope you find some relief soon ❤️
