Implantation “bleeding” AFTER positive pregnancy test?

So, I got a positive pregnancy test 2 days ago, did 2 more today and positive. Well, this afternoon I went to pee and when I wiped there was a little tiny bit of yellow jelly like cm on the tissue. It wasn’t much you could see right away, you have to look pretty close. It wasn’t a lot, just any time I wiped. My line from today on pregnancy test is a lot darker than 2 days ago. I just had a loss a few months ago so of course now I’m freaking out as to what this is. My period was supposed to start tomorrow. Is it possible to get implantation bleeding AFTER you’ve already tested positive? Like I said, it’s more yellow, no blood that I can see. I’m barely 4 weeks, but I’ve had on/off cramping today. Please help!
