How to feel better after getting ghosted?

I'd been talking to this guy for almost 4 months and he ghosted me after we got in a disagreement. I feel like shit and helpless af because I'm not about to message him again. I literally hate that you can talk to someone for so long and then they can just drop you like you're nothing. What are y'alls best tips on getting over getting ghosted and not blaming yourself/not feeling good enough? ☹️ I have work during the day thankfully but once I get home I feel like shit. I've never really been the type to get over these kinda things like it's nothing
