As the title says, I’m freaking out. I have the kyleena iud and I’ve had it for almost a year. November will be one year. A few days ago, honestly maybe a week ago, I was BARELY able to feel them poking out but I can’t now and I’m trying to not worry too much but my period is now 12 days late. I had some spotting brown/red about 5 days after my last period and as of now my discharge is beginning to slightly turn color which is normally does before my period begins. Symptoms im currently having are painful bloating (like uncomfortable feeling) , constipation, and fatigue but I’ve been traveling ever since the beginning of July so it might be due to that. I feel completely fine other wise. My last period was June 3-11. I’m still currently on vacation and trying to not worry and ruin my trip. I’ve heard that iud’s can cause you to stop having your period but my periods have always been long and normal for me- maybe lighter in amount but that’s it. I’m scared I’m pregnant but I won’t have access to a test for awhile. I’m hoping my period starts soon. Any advice or anything would be greatly appreciated ♥️

EDIT: at the end of April I had a cyst rupture and they did an ultrasound and the iud was perfectly in place. However I haven’t been able to feel my strings hardly at all except that one time where before I could. Also my boyfriend has never ever came in me. He always pulls out. So I have the iud plus he’s pulling out.. that’s like no chance, right?
