Sleep expert momma’s please help 😫
My lil man is 12 weeks and sleeping good stretches but issue is he’s going to bed really late always around 11pm.
His schedule is like: Get up at 10am.
1st nap: 11:30
2nd nap: 2:00 - 4:00 pm
3rd nap: 6 to 6:30
I start bedtime routine at 8. Massage, dim lights, feed, rock. Then he sleeps but again get up @ 8:30 or 9 (as if it’s a nap). Then i let him play in dark room and feed him around 10 or 10:30 something i need to rock him for 20-40 mins to sleep (we cosleep)
Goes to bed @11pm then 1st feed at around 4am then 7pm and get up around 10am.
Please share what am I doing wrong?
Please help, starting job next week and I’m sure we both need timely sleep.
