Anyone dealing with excessive swelling?

Idk what to do... I swell up no matter what I do and today it was painful... anyone else on my boat? 29weeks along... I just don't remember the swelling with my first.

I had some pretty bad swelling for a couple of weeks (25-27) but i cut out adding salt to anything and started to drink even more water than usual and i havent had any at all in the past 4 weeks.

This is my 3rd and I'm in the opposite boat. My feet swelled with the first two and my ankles are actually slimmer than when I'm not pregnant, so that has me a little concerned. Lol
