Help!
So, before my period, it’s like poop central. I will poop or have diarrhea until my period starts and now...it’s been 3 days since I’ve pooped. What does that mean? Is it normal? It’s not normal for me, but is it possible for it to just change like that? And even before then, I’m always pretty regular!! So what could it be??
