I have a dog sitting business. I have a list of rules and expectations that are posted on my profile that I ask everyone to read prior to booking their dogs stay with me.

One of my biggest rules are pick up and drop off times. You can only come to the house after 9 am and before 8 pm. And every 15 minutes you’re late, I charge $10. People still seem to never want to pay attention, are always late and are always complaining about when they can come to get their dogs or drop them off.

If you were a customer of mine, would you feel as though this is fair? This is my home. I’m not holiday inn where you can come whenever you please. I’m getting really irritated with grown adults not being responsible enough.
