Early pregnancy

So I’ve been experiencing a little light brown spotting was jus assuming break through bleeding... until last night I had had sex & realized my vagina had swelled .. when looking that up I also read that those linked with a sinus infection can be the beginning of pregnancy. While I have all three symptoms ? Do you think it could be or is there any other ideas of what may be causing this. Thank you !!
