Do we still have a good chance?

My husband and I had sex Sunday evening. Later that evening I had single side cramps. Which leads me to believe was ovulation. I took an ovulation strip test Monday evening and it was almost there. I took one this afternoon and it was a super positive. If we have sex again this evening should we be good? Or did I miss my shot since yesterday (Monday) we didn’t have sex since I was out of town?
