does your chances of having twins go up after a miscarriage? twins are in my family, but my mom keeps saying she’s having dreams of me having twins. with my last pregnancy i didn’t have any symptoms until 7 weeks but this one i’m only 4 weeks and i’m already nauseous and my boobs are sore and i’m having head aches. could this all be signs or am i just being silly? 😝😂
