Can stress increase weight ?

I went from almost 149 pounds to 141 so about 8 pounds. I’ve been having a choking sensation whenever I eat. I’m trying not to google symptoms. I heard anxiety can give you that same feeling. I feel miserable I only eat twice a day (maybe) if that or only half of a meal. I know y’all aren’t doctors but I’m just venting I’m 5’4 Incase you’re wondering.
