Blood test question.. need advice

Hi ladies,

So now 13 days late for my period. Thinking I ovulated late possibly but I’m not 100%. I have very regular 28 day cycles and the only time I’ve been late has been with my first pregnancy. How late did you wait to get a blood test? How soon after you get you blood drawn do you get a result?
