Cramps so bad

Help I’m 14 and am having the worst cramps I’ve had my period for almost 2 years and have had bad cramps but these are by far the worst I’ve been in bed all day with heating pad and I have taken pamprin and Iborofuen and they are still killing me I’m sobbing and yikes they are terrible help!!
